    • First Time HomeBuyer Credit:  2010-$8000.00 This credit is available for 1st time homebuyers.  Income limits exist, but there is full credit for an individual with an adjusted gross income of $75,000 and $150,000 for couples. The definition of the 1st time homebuyer is anyone who has not owned a principal residence in 3 years prior to the purchase.  This credit does not have to be paid back, if you own the home for 3 years. 
    • Additionally, there is a $6500 credit to any homebuyer. Home purchase must be completed by April 31st, 2010 to become eligible.
